Located on the north side of our building, this serene studio apartment is a cozy home base for all your adventures while you’re in Seward. Its high ceilings, built-in bathroom cabinetry and clawfoot tub give the flat its vintage charm.
Seward is nestled at the top of a fjord in Resurrection Bay, in the Gulf of Alaska. Surrounded on three sides by the Kenai mountains, we are also the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park. Seward is one of Alaska’s oldest and most scenic communities, with a rich and varied history that started with the Alutiiq / Sugpiaq people thousands of years ago.
Seward is 120 mi. from Anchorage and can be accessed via car, train, plane or even bicycle. Recognized for its scenic, natural, historical and recreational values, the 127-mile Seward Highway holds triple designation: USDA Forest Service Scenic Byway, Alaska Scenic Byway, and All-American Road.
Upon arrival in Seward, visitors will find a bustling harbor, a quaint downtown shopping area, stunning hiking/biking trails, adventure activities, gorgeous scenery and abundant wildlife. We are also home to a hospital, several grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office and a public library and museum.
A former madam’s boudoir, this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is our flagship unit.
