Seahorse Cottage is a cheerful, light-filled, immaculately clean cottage that you will love to call your home away from home. Ideally located in downtown Seward: 1 block from the bay and waterfront playground, 1/2 block from library, 1.5 blocks from post office, and 3 blocks from the Alaska SeaLife Center. Fantastic views of Resurrection Bay and the Kenai mountains. Watch the sun come up over Mt. Alice while you enjoy your cup of coffee from the back deck, and catch the sun’s last rays from the living room futon.

The Sea Bean
With your booking, you will receive a daily $5 voucher per adult, which can be applied to a meal, snack, smoothie, coffee or other menu item at The Sea Bean, which occupies the lower level of our building.
All adults must be listed in the reservation in order to receive voucher. Vouchers valid during guests stay only. (The Sea Bean closes in the fall and reopens in spring, so unfortunately our fall/winter guests will not be able to take advantage of this perk.)
Inspired by the artwork of Rockwell Kent (1882-1971), an American artist who lived on Fox Island in Resurrection Bay during 1918 and 1919. Kent published a memoir of his Alaska experience, Wilderness, in 1920. We have chosen to name each of our apartments after one of the drawings in this book.
