A former madam’s boudoir, this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is our flagship unit. The large windows in the living room and bedroom let in plenty of light and offer a birds-eye view of Seward’s main street, as well as stunning vistas of Resurrection Bay and Mt. Alice. Featuring high ceilings, original tin crown moulding in the main room, hardwood floors, original cabinetry and glass french doors leading to the bedroom, this sleekly furnished apartment marries old-world elegance and modern amenities.
Book NowInspired by the artwork of Rockwell Kent (1882-1971), an American artist who lived on Fox Island in Resurrection Bay during 1918 and 1919. Kent published a memoir of his Alaska experience, Wilderness, in 1920. We have chosen to name each of our apartments after one of the drawings in this book.
