Seward Community Library and Museum
The Seward Community Library & Museum is a unique combined public library, museum, archives and community center serving Seward and the surrounding area providing opportunities for equal access to information, technology, lifelong learning, community enrichment, and the preservation of Seward’s heritage. Curated by Resurrection Bay Historical Society, the Seward Community Museum houses a collection of objects, photographs and archives that document Seward’s past. The museum is located on the first floor of the city library and often holds presentations, lectures and video series, including the documentary Waves over Seward, a film about the 1964 earthquake (summers only)
